The parties have failed. In the face of the abyss they have called in the technicians. The technicians in turn have failed. In the face of the possibility of being pursued, together with the politicians, by citizens armed with pitch forks, they called in the super-technicians. The super-technicians tested the situation, even because there’s no one left to call in.
Amato, Bondi and Giavazzi have got stuck with the lighted match in their hands. They have to make cuts, but they don’t know where to start. So why not ask the Voghera housekeeper online (“Italians, tell us about money being wasted”)?
A form has been put up on the Government’s website to receive contributions from the citizens about spending cuts, and it’s called “Express your opinion”. A heading that just on its own is an invitation to become a delinquent. We pay politicians, technicians and super-technicians to keep down the costs of the State and this lot have the cheek to ask us for advice, even when they know really well where cuts have to be made starting with themselves.
The pompous “spending review” sets out a saving of 4.2 billion in 2012 to avoid increasing the sales tax by 2 points in October. Rather than call it “spending review”, with the usual bad practice of using English words to seem important, something that is typical of provincials, they should call it “taking us for a ride”. In fact, not much is needed to make cuts. It’s possible to save seven billion a year by levelling out the pensions to a monthly maximum of 3,000 euro, by clawing back the 98 billion of unpaid taxes from the slot machines companies, a billion by not paying out public financing to the parties, 400 million a year by cutting direct and indirect contributions to the newspapers, 600 million a year with the return of our soldiers from Afghanistan, 10 billion by not purchasing the F35 bomber planes, a few billion with the elimination of the provinces, about a hundred million a year of savings on the Quirinale Palace that costs four times as much as Buckingham Palace, 22 billion by doing without the useless TAV in the Val di Susa, 3/4 billion a year with the return of the State motorway concessions whose profits are going to private companies like Benetton. Other points like these were in the blog survey carried out a few months ago: “The citizens’ austerity package item by item” I’m omitting official blue cars, two-jobs-at-the-same-time, the elimination of parliamentary annuities, 60% reductions in the salaries of deputies, senators and regional councillors, body guards, a maximum of 200,000 euro for directors of state companies, etc.

MY OPINION:

No doubt the style of Beppe Grillo to design policy and the Italian situation is very colorful, even if there is to admit that what is apparent every day is really disturbing and in some cases very funny. If you want to give such a funny tone to Rutelli’s statements which stunned by the discovery of unexpectedly large amounts of funds into the coffers and the balance of the daisy, states: the case for Lusi, << give 5 million on behalf of esodati >> . And ‘as the comedian has said we will give the “leftovers” of the budget, the needy. Or like other politicians, convinced that they resubmit they are trying to find new ways to boost the economy, and their faces, a beautiful country, which by their own myopia has reached the edge of the abyss. We need new faces and heads, because any money or any tendency to reshuffle comes, however, provokes the question: where were these guys when the slaughter took place? Demand more ‘frequently arises in the minds of citizens is as follows: You were involved in these old pachyderms scrum did not know anything? For the answers is just a matter of time.

Date la vostra opinione al governo.

I partiti hanno fallito. Di fronte al baratro hanno chiamato i tecnici. I tecnici a loro volta hanno fallito. Di fronte alla prospettiva di essere inseguiti, insieme ai politici, da cittadini armati di forconi hanno chiamato i supertecnici. I supertecnici hanno mangiato la foglia, anche perché non gli resta più nessuno da chiamare.
Amato, Bondi e Giavazzi sono rimasti con il cerino in mano. Devono tagliare, ma non sanno da dove iniziare. E allora perché non chiederlo on line alla casalinga di Voghera(“Italiani, segnalateci gli sprechi“)?
Sul sito del governo è stato pubblicato un modulo per ricevere i contributi dei cittadini sui tagli alla spesa con il titolo “Esprimi la tua opinione“. Un titolo che di per sé è un’istigazione a delinquere. Paghiamo politici, tecnici e supertecnici per contenere i costi dello Stato e questi hanno la faccia di bronzo di chiedere consiglio a noi, quando sanno benissimo dove tagliare, iniziando da loro stessi.
La pomposa “spending review” prevede un risparmio di 4,2 miliardi nel 2012 per evitare l’aumento dell’Iva di due punti a ottobre. Più che chiamarla “spending reviù“, con il solito malcostume di usare parole inglesi per darsi importanza, tipico dei provinciali, dovrebbero chiamarla “presa per il cù“. Infatti per tagliare non ci vuole nulla. Si possono risparmiare sette miliardi annui livellando le pensioni a un massimo mensile di 3.000 euro, recuperare i 98 miliardi evasi dalle società di slot machines, un miliardo non erogando finanziamenti pubblici ai partiti, 400 milioni annui tagliando contributi diretti e indiretti ai giornali, 600 milioni annui con il rientro dei nostri soldati dall’Afghanistan, 10 miliardi non comprando i cacciabombardieri F35, qualche miliardo con la soppressione delle Province, un centinaio di milioni annui di risparmio dal Quirinale che costa quattro volte Buckingham Palace, 22 miliardi rinunciando all’inutile TAV in Val di Susa, 3/4 miliardi annui con il ritorno allo Stato delle concessioni autostradali il cui utile va a società private come Benetton. Questi e altri punti sono contenuti nel sondaggio del blog di alcuni mesi fa “I 20 PUNTI DELLA MANOVRA ECONOMICA DEI CITTADINI”. Tralascio macchine blu, doppi incarichi, eliminazione dei vitalizi parlamentari, riduzione del 60% degli stipendi di deputati, senatori e consiglieri regionali, le scorte, un tetto massimo di 200.000 euro per i dirigenti di aziende statali, eccetera.

LE MIE CONCLUSIONI:

Senza dubbio lo stile di Beppe Grillo di disegnare la politica e la situazione italiana è molto colorito, anche se c’è da ammettere che quello che si evince ogni giorno è davvero inquietante ed in alcuni casi davvero comico. Se si vuole dare un tono buffo ad esempio alle affermazioni di Rutelli il quale stupefatto dal ritrovamento di ingenti quantità di fondi inaspettati nelle casse e nel bilancio della margherita, dichiara: per il caso Lusi, <<daremo 5 milioni a favore degli esodati>>. E’ comico come l’abbia dichiarato: daremo gli “avanzi” del bilancio, ai bisognosi. Oppure come altri politici, convinti di potersi ricandidare stiano cercando di trovare nuove formule per rilanciare l’economia, e le loro facce, di un paese meraviglioso, che per la loro stessa miopia è arrivato sul bordo del baratro. Servono facce e teste nuove, perchè qualsiasi riciclaggio o rimpasto da qualsiasi tendenza provenga provoca comunque la seguente domanda: dov’erano questi quà quando avveniva lo scempio? La domanda piu’ frequente che sorge spontanea nella mente dei cittadini è la seguente: Possibile che questi vecchi pachidermi fossero coinvolti nella mischia  è non sapessero niente ?   Per le risposte è solo una questione di tempo.

Una cosa è certa dagli ultimi sondaggi risulta che ben il 45% degli aventi diritto al voto non parteciperà alle prossime elezioni. Inoltre dagli stessi sondaggi risulta : Grillo al 7% , ma punta al 20% e c’è da aspettarselo con una buona campagna di marketing politico, Pd primo partito anche perchè  pare sia rimasto l’unico, la Lega Crolla. Il Grande Centro punta al 25%
