Ralph Lauren ha celebrato questo stile esclusivo con una collezione “best of” in una fattoria di cavalli a Watermill, con circa 250 ospiti tra cui Naomi Watts, Tom Hiddleston, Jude Law e altri volti noti. L’evento è iniziato con cocktail e pose davanti alla sua collezione di auto classiche degli anni ’50 e ’60.

La sfilata, un po’ dispersiva ma con momenti brillanti, si è conclusa con le supermodelle Naomi Campbell e Christy Turlington che hanno indossato look impeccabili in bianco e ecru. Lauren ha presentato abiti da diva in micro paillettes, giacche safari e tailleur gessati per donne, dando un tocco di sicurezza e sofisticazione.

Pioniere dell’inclusività, Ralph ha inserito nella sfilata modelli afroamericani e latini, dai 4 ai 40 anni, con quasi una ventina di bambini in passerella. La colonna sonora è stata curata dal figlio Andrew Lauren con brani di Bob Seger e Christopher Cross.

Dopo la sfilata, Lauren ha ospitato una cena nel nuovo Polo Bar, creato appositamente per l’evento, curato nei minimi dettagli, come gli agitatori da cocktail a forma di mazzuoli da polo. La serata si è svolta nella fattoria Khalily Stables, un’elegante tenuta di 19 acri acquistata per 16 milioni di dollari, nota per aver ospitato Jessica Springsteen e Jennifer Gates. L’eleganza della location e della cena, a base di prodotti locali, ha completato l’evento esclusivo.

Ralph Lauren celebrated this exclusive style with a “best of” collection at a horse farm in Watermill, attended by around 250 guests, including Naomi Watts, Tom Hiddleston, Jude Law, and other famous faces. The event started with cocktails and posing in front of his classic car collection from the ’50s and ’60s.

The show, somewhat scattered but with brilliant moments, ended with supermodels Naomi Campbell and Christy Turlington wearing impeccable white and ecru looks. Lauren showcased screen goddess gowns with micro sequins, safari jackets, and pinstripe suits for women, adding a touch of confidence and sophistication.

A pioneer of inclusivity, Ralph included African-American and Latin models, ranging from 4 to 40 years old, with nearly twenty children on the runway. The soundtrack was curated by his son Andrew Lauren, featuring tracks by Bob Seger and Christopher Cross.

After the show, Lauren hosted a dinner at the newly created Polo Bar, designed specifically for the event and detailed with cocktail stirrers shaped like polo mallets. The evening took place at Khalily Stables, a luxurious 19-acre estate purchased for $16 million, previously known for hosting Jessica Springsteen and Jennifer Gates. The elegance of the location and the locally sourced meal capped off this exclusive event.
